Harold J. Eustache is a zealous fighter for his clients. He is a North Carolina native and primarily serves clients in the Winston-Salem, Greensboro, High Point and surrounding areas. There are no aspects of criminal law too controversial or complex for him to review. These include juvenile criminal law, DUI and DWI, sex crimes, assaults, drug cases and other serious felonies.
During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Eustache attended Morehouse College and then the University of North Carolina. He completed his law degree at Wake Forest University School of Law in 2014. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina.
While pursuing his education, he earned numerous honors, including a full Morehouse Academic Scholar, Ronald E. McNair Scholar, and Yellow Ribbon Scholarship to Wake Forest Law School. Mr. Eustache also belongs to the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Eustache served the country in the United States Army as a decorated soldier with combat deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division. While in combat he conducted nearly three-hundred combat missions against enemy forces and was awarded three Army Commendation Medals while deployed and the Combat Infantryman’s Badge. Right after law school, Harold worked as an Assistant District Attorney in both Forsyth and Rockingham Counties. As a prosecutor, he tried several hundred cases in both District and Superior Court.
Mr. Eustache is a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) and The Forsyth County Veterans Treatment Court Advisory Board. His memberships in legal organizations include the Forsyth County Bar, immediate past Co-President of the Forsyth County Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers Association, and President of the Winston Salem Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.
